California is my favorite place in America. Partly because this is my home state with San Jose being my hometown. Although I moved away at the young age of 7, I still remember the old mobile home we lived in and all the friends and family I enjoyed days with.

I once visited San Francisco and I love it there! I love the mix of modern and historical setting that was shown from the buildings. California has the best foods around (really, it seems like they have all kind of foods there from almost everywhere around the world). The weather is often nice and the beaches are beautiful as well. I hope you will be able to move back there one day.
ReplyDeleteHi Charles! I love the photo you chose for the city skyline of Los Angeles during the day — I didn't realize L.A. was so close to mountains. I think that part of the country is really beautiful. I lived in Nevada for a while, which is a little different, but it's also really pretty. I hope you'll be able to go back there one day — it's cool to be able to return to places that hold a special feeling in your heart.
ReplyDeleteHi Charles! Both my parents are from California and some of my family still lives there. I actually almost went to college in California but decided it was too far away from my parents even though I'm still eight hours away from them now. One of my favorite places in California is the Reagan Presidential Library. My grandma used to be a docent there and it's just in such a pretty area.
